All mounts have a "High Gloss BLACK" powder coat finish. The mount bracket is heavy 1/4" steel, precision welded to a finished 9" steel tube. A 1/4" hole in the bottom serves as a drain during washing or rainstorms. When not in use, your mount comes with a reusable high gloss rain cap. Your mount kit comes with all new cap screws, flat and lock washers plus a heavy rubber bumper attached to the inside bottom of the mount to reduce vibration to the flag pole. The kit also includes a sealed 30' roll of sizing band to achieve that perfect fit of your flagpole to your Patriot Mount.
